Domestic Shipping - Australia

Please allow a 1-3 Business day processing time before your item is dispatched

Domestic Rates

Standard Domestic Shipping is offered for a $8.95 flat rate
Express Domestic shipping is offered for a $12.95 flat rate
Shipping to NZ is offered for a $15 flat rate
Free drop-off within Jindabyne

Aus customers will incur free standard shipping if they spend $100
NZ customers will incur free standard shipping if they spend over $120

International Shipping

International Shipping Will incur an AUD $21 flat rate * (excluding USA, Canada and UK see below)

I do not offer express international shipping
Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs might be.
If you refuse this charge, you will not be refunded your original shipping cost when it arrives back to me

With a flat rate of AUD $21 plus a $4 tariff/duties fee
This comes to about $16 USD dependant on conversion rates at the time of purchase.
The fee will be automatically added as a shipping cost when you checkout

Delayed or lost orders

While I aim to provide all customers with accurate delivery time frames, there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond my control. If this happens, we will do our best to arrange for your order to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable for any losses caused as a result of the delay.

Singe is not liable for items lost in transit. I recommend submitting an enquiry with Aus Post ASAP. Using this link.

How Long Will It Take

Each Item is sent with Australia Post. Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email, followed by your tracking information once your item is on its way to you!

Aus Standard - 3-5 Business Days
Aus Express - 1-2 Business Days
NZ standard - 5-10 Business Days
International - 2-4 weeks (for a more detailed insight on your country click here)
