Refunds/Returns Policy
As these items are made very limited edition, they will not be refunded for change of mind
-This includes if the garments/hats do not fit
- Returns/ Refunds only offered to faulty or incorrect items. If this matches your order please follow our return process below and send through photos and notes of your item.
-I will not make you a new item, but will offer free repairs if you can prove through photos and communication that the product is faulty
-free repairs will only be offered within 3 days of receiving an item
-Please measure to see if the garment will fit you before ordering
-Please remember I am a small single run business when communicating your issues, thank-you
Returns/Refunds
Once reading through the refunds policy and you wish to continue, please email me with proof of faulty products.

-Including photos of evidence (holes, stitching coming apart etc)
-The sooner you do this after receiving the product the better
-Normal wear and tear will not be refunded, you have to take proper care of your garment, especially handmade crochet woollen items, this is in product descriptions
-Feel free to also DM me on instagram with questions
-For international faulty items, a refund will be offered rather than repairs, seeing the shipping costs may end up outweighing the item
- I will not refund shipping costs

Can I make changes to my order?

-Once and order is placed we cannot make changes or cancel the order
-If you realise there is an issue with your order (aka wrong delivery address) please email me, OR dm me on instagram ASAP and I will try my best to resolve this issue

Do I have to pay for my return/repair?

-You will have to pay for the original item to be shipped back to us. We will cover the costs of shipping your new item back to you.
-The shipping back to you is Standard AU Post, to upgrade to Express or DHL International, contact singethreads@yahoo.com
-I recommend using a tracked service for your return. We are not responsible if your shipment back to us goes missing. This is the customers responsibility to make sure it arrives.
We are unable to refund your original shipping costs.
